Born in Uttar Pradesh but raised in Punjab, Chawla’s Cuisine traces its roots back to the 1960s in Haldwani, District Nainital. The journey began with the late S. Attar Singh Chawla’s quest to enhance a favorite recipe, leading to the creation of the enduring classic, Chawla’s Cream Chicken. Deviating from the ordinary, this dish stands out with a unique blend of ingredients—eschewing red chillies and vegetable oils, it is prepared with milk, cream, black pepper, and green cardamom, offering a light, tasty, and easily digestible culinary delight. Paired with bread and mint chutney, it has captivated the taste buds of generations.

Chawla’s Cuisine, a culinary giant specializing in Indian cuisine, has grown into one of the largest food chains. Since its establishment in 1985, the chain has expanded to 110 outlets across the world.  Chawla’s Cuisine continues to be a symbol of authenticity and exceptional taste, delighting millions of food lovers with its exotic flavors and culinary expertise.
